You can use our online form to make requests for:
- a barcode for rent payments at Post Offices or Paypoints
- a paper Standing Order form by post
- a paper Direct Debit form by post
- a callback from the Rent Team
- a rent statement (you can also check your rent balance anytime at the Tenant Portal)
The form requires you to enter your 10-digit rent account number which starts with 9 (or 1400 if you're a former OX Place resident).
We action call back requests within one working day. All other requests are actioned within five working days.
