• Please note that you can download a Direct Debit or Standing Order form from our Paying Your Rent page.
• You can also make a payment to your rent account using a debit or credit card on our Online Payments page.
• Your request for a call back will be actioned within 1 working day, and all other requests will be dealt with within 5 working days. If you need a more immediate response please call the Contact Centre on 01865 249811.

Please ensure you provide your Rent Account Number - you can find this on any Rent Statement or letter from the Rents Team. It starts with 9000.
