Temporary disruption: Planning, Regulation and Licensing Services
We will be carrying out a series of essential system upgrades to improve the performance, security, and reliability of our Planning, Building Control, Licensing, and mapping systems.
During these upgrades, some of our online services will be temporarily unavailable.

Downtime will generally occur between 8am and 5pm on the follwoing dates, although some services may take longer to fully restore:

- Monday 27 July to Tuesday 28 July 2026
- Monday 17 August to Tuesday 18 August 2026
- Friday 4 September 2026
