Whether you want to join a specific project group, attend a one-off event, or give feedback online, there’s an opportunity to suit you. 

Our resident groups and projects 

All of our involvement opportunities support the principles of Transparency, Influence and Accountability, meaning you’ll have access to clear information, real opportunities to shape services, and regular updates on how your input is influencing our thinking and decision making.

Current projects include: 

Policy Review Group 1

Residents worked with us to recommend changes to key Property Services policies, including Damp and Mould, Fire Safety and Asbestos to make sure they reflect residents’ needs and priorities.

Policy Review Group 2

Following the success of Policy Review Group 1, residents will now be helping to review all Housing Revenue Accounts (HRA) policies, to make sure they reflect what matters most to residents.

Resident Involvement Co-design Group

Residents joined us to design a new approach to involvement and engagement so more residents can have their say in ways that work for them.

Anti-social Behaviour Policy and Service Standards Review project

Residents are involved in changes to our Anti-Social Behaviour policy and service standards, helping us balance community safety with fair and proportionate action.

Residents' Building Safety and Compliance Group

This group of Residents are monitoring our performance on building safety, compliance, and resident communications.

Tenancy Policy and Strategy Review Group

Residents joined us to review the amendments and updates to the refreshed tenancy policy and tenancy strategy requirements.

Leaseholder Policy Review Group

Residents (leaseholders and shared owners) have been invited to comment of the Leaseholder Policy and will be meeting twice in February 2026

Furnished Tenancy Brochure Co-design Group

Residents were involved in reviewing our existing brochure, sharing ideas to make the content clearer, more accessible, and more user-friendly.

Status: Completed

Additionally, a website is being designed by our external providers to allow the choices and orders to be raised online. This should be online in spring 2026. A review of the contract, the brochure and additional feedback will be taking place in June 2026, 6 months into the contract.
