If something has changed, tell us as soon as possible so we can update your Garden Waste Collection Scheme subscription and make sure your collections continue.
Use our online form to:
- change your name or contact details
- change your address (if you're moving within Oxford you can transfer your garden waste collections and take your brown bin with you)
- change the number of bins you need
- change your direct debit details (so we can collect payment at renewal)
- change your benefit status (we’ll adjust the amount you pay at the renewal date)
You'll need your customer ID (find this on any correspondance about your subscription).
