Use our online form to cancel your subscription and stop garden waste collections. You'll need your customer ID (find this on any correspondance about your subscription).
Before you leave the scheme, did you know:
- if you change your mind and want to rejoin the scheme you may have to wait as we plan each season in advance
- you won't receive any refund, even if you cancel before 12 months
- we don't collect garden waste from any other bins or sacks so you'll need to make alternative arrangements, such as composting or taking it to a recycling centre

What happens next
When you tell us you're leaving the scheme, we'll cancel your subscription and remove your address from the garden waste collection rounds.
If you are cancelling brown bin collections:
- we'll retrieve any brown bins from your property within 10 working days of the expiry/cancellation date - please leave them in an accessible and visible location.
- remember to cancel your direct debit so no further payments are taken (this is especially important if you submit the form very close to the renewal date)
