After you sell your leasehold property, you must submit a notice of transfer within 5 working days. 

A notice of transfer is a legal document that tells us the property has been sold or legally transferred to a new owner. 

The fee is £101. 

If you are a shared owner or are remortgaging, email landlordservices@oxford.gov.uk. Do not use this form.

How to submit

Use the online form to submit a notice of transfer. You must pay the fee before submitting the form.  

To pay the fee: 

  • pay by BACS and use 'TFEE + the property address' as your payment reference - see Ways to make a payment 
  • take a screenshot of the payment (you'll need to upload this when you complete the form) 

To complete the form, you will need: 

  • the property address 
  • the purchaser’s name and contact details 
  • a copy of the notice of transfer 
  • a copy of the notice of charge 
  • proof of payment
