Selling your leasehold property

If you want to sell your leasehold property, there are several steps you need to follow. You must:

1. check the Right to Buy rules (this only applies if you bought your home through the Right to Buy scheme)
2. order a leaseholder sales pack
3. submit a notice of transfer after the sale

You do not need our permission to sell your home, but you must follow the process and check your lease to understand your responsibilities.
