Request, stop or report a problem with assisted bin collections
What happens next
Our recycling and waste team will review your request. We aim to reply within 10 working days.
We may need to:
- ask for further information
- inspect the property
Use the right bins
Even if you have assisted collections, you must still put the right things in the right bin or sack.
If our crew finds the wrong things in your bins they will not collect them from your property.
