Directions

Gloucester Green car park is underground. The entrance is on Gloucester Street. Access from the north via St Giles, Beaumont Street and Gloucester Street. Access from the west via Hythe Bridge Street, Worcester Street, Beaumont Street and Gloucester Street.

Additional information
The site does not have a lift and therefore is unsuitable for disabled users and parents with children using buggies or prams.

Gloucester Green is a pay on arrival car park. You can make payment using your credit/debit card to get a ticket from one of the machines which you then display in the windscreen of your car.

Our parking ticket machines do not take cash.

If you have a valid debit or credit card, payment can also be made using a mobile telephone by calling our cashless parking provider RingGo on 01865 989000.

Open hours
7.30am to midnight, 7 days a week.

Any vehicles left in the car park after midnight cannot be accessed or recovered until it reopens.

Overnight parking

Overnight parking is allowed - see parking charges for the overnight tariff. 

  • If you plan to arrive before 8pm, we suggest choosing a duration that takes you up to 8pm (your session will automatically adjust to include the overnight tariff which ends at 8am).
  • If you need to leave later than 8am the next day, you'll need to purchase an additional parking session to start at 8am (display all tickets alongside each other if you use the machine).

We recommend using RingGo because you don't need to display a ticket and you can extend your session remotely. If you use the ticket machine you must display all tickets (for the duration of your use) alongside each other in your vehicle.
