Oxford City Council and ODS are proud to announce the launch of OXWaste, a new online platform that brings simple, fast and flexible waste services to residents and businesses in Oxford.
Customers will now be able to book bulky waste collections, bin cleaning and business waste collections online with just a few clicks.
Built to meet growing demand for easier digital access, OXWaste represents a major step forward in how these waste services are delivered.

Through OXWaste, customers can access services with transparent pricing, no hidden fees and a streamlined experience designed for homes, businesses and schools.
Benefits for Oxford residents
Residents who pay Council Tax to Oxford City Council may be eligible for a discounted bulky waste collection, with those receiving certain types of financial support continuing to benefit from a larger discount. These discount arrangements remain exactly the same as they are now.
To check eligibility and book a discounted collection, residents must use the Council’s bulky waste collection webpage.
Most unwanted items can be collected from outside the home from just £23.50 per item, with booking and payment completed online in just a few clicks.
Supporting local businesses
OXWaste is also designed to support Oxford’s businesses, schools and other organisations. All three services, bin cleaning, bulky waste collection and business waste collections, are available with transparent pricing and flexible booking options. This ensures that local enterprises can manage their waste needs quickly and efficiently, while contributing to cleaner and greener communities.
