Information about coronavirus financial support for your business

A number of measures have been announced to support businesses reduce the impact of coronavirus.

Oxford City entered into coronavirus local restrictions on Saturday 31 October 2020. This was followed closely by the introduction of national lockdown measures which were introduced on 5 November 2020. Our Support for Business page has been updated with information for businesses affected by these measures. Schemes for a 100% Business Rates Discount (nothing to pay) for all Business Properties that are classed as Retail, Leisure, Hospitality. Details on this discount scheme can be found in our Enhanced Retail Discounts page.

There is also a Nursery Discount for 2020/21 which has automatically been applied to the affected business rates accounts and new bills have been sent to the recipients of these discounts.  More information on this discount can be found on our Nursery Discount 2020/21 page.
