  • bank: Barclays, Reading
  • account name: Oxford City Council
  • account number: 30750662

Phone payment

Call us at 01865 249811 (Option 1) to pay by:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Maestro Card

Telephone payments are available 23 hours a day, from 1am to midnight. Have your Council Tax account number ready (found on your bill).

Post Office or Paypoint Outlet

To pay at these locations, you need the barcode from your Council Tax bill. Contact us if you need a bill.

While we no longer issue Payment Cards, existing ones can still be used (except for bank payments).

Payments can be made at any Post Office or Paypoint outlet in the UK. Find your nearest PayPoint outlet at the PayPoint website.
