A Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) is a notice served by an authorised enforcement officer to a person who has committed a criminal offence. They may be issued on the spot or through the post. They can be used for anti social behaviour and environmental crime.
Not all FPNs are issued by Oxford City Council. This page explains how to pay an FPN issued by us and where to go to pay other fines and tickets issued in Oxford.
FPNs issued by Oxford City Council
You can pay FPNs issued by Oxford City Council online. Our FPNs start with CRT and are 9 characters long.
Please allow 48 hours from issue before attempting to pay online (to give time to process the penalty notice details on our system).
If applicable, if you pay within 10 days the penalty may be discounted.
