To remove someone’s name from your lease, you need to instruct a solicitor. Your solicitor must serve a notice of transfer on us with a certified copy of the transfer deed.

You must also have the following information to hand otherwise you cannot complete this form.
- Name of both of the current leaseholders and full address of the property
- Name of the leaseholder whose name is to be removed
- The Notice of Transfer and certified copy of the transfer deed
- The Notice of Charge if there is a lender
