This form is to request a Park and Ride permit only. The form does not allow you to pay for the permit so you will will need to do this separately. You can either pay first and attach evidence of your payment when completing this form. Or you can complete this form first and then email us your payment evidence separately.
Permit options and costs
- 28 day permit (valid for 4 weeks): £45
- quarterly permit (valid for 13 weeks): £115
- annual permit: £380

Paying for your permit
Payment can be made via bank transfer, our banking details are:

- Sort Code: 20-71-29
Please use the name Oxford City Council as the Payee name and use P&R Permit as the reference.
If you make your payment before completing this form you can attach evidence of payment in the form itself. Or if you complete this form before paying you can pay as outlined above and then email a screenshot of the confirmation screen to carparks@oxford.gov.uk. When you complete this form you will be given a reference number which you can use on your email.
The permit will not be activated unless confirmation of payment is sent. Please note that permits will not be activated at weekends, and allow 48 hours for activation when selecting your start date. You must pay for the permit at least 48 hours before you want it to start.
The expiry date of your session will be confirmed to you by email.
Preventing fraud
The vehicle details you supply are registered and logged in our Automatic Number Plate Recognition system which prevents fraudulent use of permits.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the vehicle registration number on the system is correct.
Park and Ride parking permit terms and conditions
- The Council cannot guarantee a parking space will always be available.
- Permit holders must adhere to car park rules and regulations.
- Permits are non-refundable in any circumstance.
- If a vehicle make/registration number needs to be altered, the Council will charge an administration fee of £15.00
- The permits are valid in Redbridge, Seacourt, Pear Tree, Oxford Parkway and Thornhill.
- The Council cannot be held responsible for loss or damage unless caused by the negligence of the Council.
This form usually takes about 5 minutes to complete. Please note that after 60 minutes of inactivity the form will time out and any information you have entered will be lost.
