Collections take place from 7am to 4.30pm Tuesday to Friday.
There are a number of reasons why we may not have collected bulky waste:
- The bulky item(s) was not visible and accessible on your property
- The bulky item(s) were different from or additional to those you told us about when the collection was booked
- You can find more information about how to put out bulky waste items for collection on our website
This form usually takes about 5 minutes to complete.
