Garden Waste New Subscriber

Use this form for the garden waste (brown bin) subscription service.

Cost:

  • A yearly subscription costs £94.00 per bin
  • A discounted yearly subscription price of £53.00 per bin can apply if you are in receipt of a qualifying benefit

Important information:

  • You will be provided with a 240 litre brown wheelie bin
  • Brown bins are collected fortnightly
  • The brown bin should be presented on your green wheelie bin collection day
  • If you need to cancel your garden waste collection service, please do let us know. Also you must notify your bank to cancel the direct debit to prevent any further monies being taken as these will not be refunded per the T&C’s of your contract.
  • Payment is by direct debit only. You will need to provide your direct debit details in order to submit this form.

Alternative option

Additional information:

  • If you have previously subscribed to the service and that subscription has since expired (and relates to the same property), your contract start date will be back dated to the original renewal date
  • If we have removed your bin because you contaminated it, you will need to wait 3 months before you can subscribe again

This form usually takes about 5 minutes to complete. Please note that after 60 minutes of inactivity the form will time out and any information you have entered will be lost.
