- the total number of people doesn’t exceed the property's capacity
- the property remains your main residence

Rules for subletting your property
Your ability to sublet depends on your tenancy type.
Secure tenancy
As a secure tenant:
- You can request permission to sublet part of your property
- You must remain living in a portion of the property
- Write to us for permission and wait for our written approval
- Subletting the entire property while living elsewhere is not permitted
Introductory and demoted tenancy
Subletting any part of your property is not allowed.
