If you are a leaseholder or shared owner, you can view repairs carried out to your block during the previous financial year.
The cost of these repairs is included in your service charge under the terms of your lease.
View repairs to your block
Download the repair charges list for the year you want to view:
- Leaseholder Repair Charges 2025 to 2026 (XLS 160kB)
- Leaseholder Repair Charges 2024 to 2025 (XLS 178kB)
To find your block, search for the address in column 'Address Line 1'.
For each repair, the list shows:
- the job number and a brief description
- the date it was reported
- the total cost
- the amount charged to each leaseholder or shared owner (normally based on the number of units in the block)
