Leaseholder Advisory Service (LEASE)
LEASE provides free, independent advice on all aspects of residential leasehold property, including service charges and management issues. It is funded by the government.

Local Government Ombudsman (LGO)
The LGO investigates complaints about council landlords. However, the Ombudsman will only investigate a matter if you have already been through Oxford City Council’s formal complaint procedure.
