Leys Youth Hub development at Leys Pools and Leisure Centre

Leys Youth Hub is a new youth facility in Blackbird Leys, funded by the Youth Investment Fund. The project is a collaboration between Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council and has been developed to expand and strengthen the youth offer in the area.

The hub is located at the front of Leys Pool and Leisure Centre and opened in August 2025. The facilities include:

  • climbing wall
  • kitchen
  • music studio
  • open hub space
  • 1-to-1 rooms
  • dedicated youth office

Community partners and local stakeholders are invited to collaborate and make use of the space. A team of full-time youth workers delivers a diverse, youth-led programme for young people aged 11 to 17 (secondary school age) running after school during term time.
