Eight organisations have joined the Zero Carbon Oxfordshire Partnership (ZCOP), strengthening countywide efforts to cut emissions and adapt to climate change.
The new partners bring expertise from some of the sectors at the heart of Oxfordshire’s transition to net zero, including farming, nature, construction and sustainable transport.
The new partners are:

- FarmED
- North East Cotswold Farmers Cluster
- CPRE Oxfordshire
- Greencore Homes
- Beard Construction
- Darcica Logistics
- Velocity Cycle Couriers
The new members broaden the range of sectors represented in ZCOP and add practical expertise in a number of areas including land use and nature recovery, farming and food, low-carbon development and construction, as well as sustainable freight and deliveries.
About ZCOP
ZCOP is a countywide partnership for organisations committed to accelerating climate action across Oxfordshire. Its members include local authorities, public services, universities, businesses and community organisations.
Membership gives organisations opportunities to connect with others working on similar challenges, share knowledge and resources, take part in specialist working groups, webinars and events, and collaborate on practical projects and initiatives.
Current areas of work include sustainable travel and transport, energy management, making residential and non-residential buildings more sustainable, adapting to our changing climate, and developing pathways into the skills and careers needed for a low-carbon future.
The addition of the eight new partners will strengthen that work by bringing more experience from sectors with an important role to play in reducing emissions and helping Oxfordshire adapt to a changing climate.
