Ethnic Minority Business Services

This EMBS service provides specialist advice including skills training to improve access to the labour market, specifically in business start-up skills, information technology, sewing, basic literacy, numeracy and communication skills.

Aspire Enterprise Development Programme

Aspire launched a new Enterprise Development Programme in May 2019, designed to offer intensive, specialist advice to anyone experiencing barriers to self-employment who would like to find out more about starting up a new business.

Starting a business locally
