When tenants move into your property, you must tell us:
- the property address
- the names of the tenants moving in
- the date the tenancy started
- a copy of the signed and dated tenancy agreement, and send a new one if the tenants change

- whether you have new tenants moving in or if it is unoccupied
- whether the property is furnished or unfurnished
