• provide routine cleaning of shared entrance areas and hallways in tower blocks and flats
• remove offensive graffiti within 24 hours and other graffiti within 14 days upon notification
• offer a 24/7 emergency caretaking service for communal areas

• notify us immediately for emergency caretaking needs
• keep shared areas tidy and use the Council's waste collection service or local waste recycling centres for rubbish disposal
