We provide a caretaking service to keep communal areas in council properties clean, safe and well maintained.

If you live in a council tower block or low-rise flat with shared areas, our caretakers look after spaces such as entrances, stairways, hallways and other communal areas.

  • cleaning communal areas
  • removing offensive graffiti within 24 hours of it being reported, and other graffiti within 14 days
  • providing an emergency caretaking service for communal areas, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
