If you live in a council tower block or low-rise flat with shared areas, we provide caretaking services to make your environment safe, clean, and well-maintained. Here's how we can help you and how you can assist us in keeping your living space in top condition.

Our commitment to you

We ensure the upkeep of shared spaces in our properties:

  • conduct regular inspections and perform minor repairs and maintenance, like changing light bulbs in shared areas
  • provide routine cleaning of shared entrance areas and hallways in tower blocks and flats
  • remove offensive graffiti within 24 hours and other graffiti within 14 days upon notification
  • offer a 24/7 emergency caretaking service for communal areas

How you can help

Your cooperation is vital in maintaining a pleasant communal environment:

  • report any damage or graffiti on our buildings promptly
  • notify us immediately for emergency caretaking needs
  • keep shared areas tidy and use the Council's waste collection service or local waste recycling centres for rubbish disposal
  • ensure shared spaces are free from bicycles, buggies, and other personal items

Working together, we can keep your living space safe, clean, and welcoming.
