How long will it take me to be housed?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer a home to everyone who applies. Applicants with a low need who require a one bed or family sized property can expect to wait around 10-20 years.
Even those assessed with the highest need may wait a very long time.
Many tenants are unlikely to receive an offer of housing, even if they are included on the Transfer List, and they should consider other housing options instead like applying for a mutual exchange.
