Fix My Street
Streets – primarily for reporting things which are broken, dirty, damaged or dumped and in need of fixing, cleaning or clearing (like graffiti, fly tipping, littering, dog fouling, potholes or streetlights to name a few).
Highways – from potholes to signs that need collecting / replacing or pavements which need repairing
Parks - broken benches, playground equipment, outdoor gyms, grass, hedges / shrubs, alleyways, street moss/weeds, trees, street lighting, overflowing park bins, broken gates, access, dead or alive animals, garden maintenance, dog fouling & toilet maintenance.
This form usually takes about 10 minutes to complete. Please note that after 60 minutes of inactivity the form will time out and any information you have entered will be lost.
