If the problem is caused by a tree
There is a different process for dealing with tree issues. Don't use FixMyStreet as this can delay the process. Instead, see:
Overgrowing vegetation and leaves
Report overgrowing vegetation or leaves on an Oxford pavement, footpath or cycle path at FixMyStreet.
We aim to inspect the pavement, footpath or cycle path within 5 days and resolve it up to 28 days later, depending on the seriousness of the problem.
Report issues at FixMyStreet
Find the location on the map then choose the best category (avoid 'other' if possible). Upload a photograph and give plenty of information about the issue. This helps direct the report to the right team and speeds up investigation.

Please use online services where possible. If there's an imminent safety risk, report the defect by telephone. If it's evening or weekend please use the out-of-hours emergency contacts.
