We have created a Section 106 agreement (S106) template to help developers understand the scope, nature and form of some of the main planning obligations and their clauses that are likely to be required in connection with their proposals.
The purpose of this template is to help avoid any unnecessary delays during the determination of the planning application, while also reducing the need for extensive post-resolution negotiations by providing a consistent agreed framework.
The draft agreement is provided on a without prejudice basis and may be subject to amendment where justified by updated evidence.
