Oxford International Links (OIL)
Oxford International Links (OIL) is an umbrella organisation that brings together and supports Oxford’s twin city partnerships. Led by a dedicated group of volunteers, OIL helps the twinning groups develop activities that bring an international dimension to events and projects across the city.
