Below is a list of groups who have been awarded grants from the Oxford Community Impact Fund:
Round 2 - Small and Medium Grantees 2025-26
- Barton Community Association - To improve the quality of life for everyone who lives and works in Barton and Barton Park.
- Christ Church Headington - Our church exists to serve the communities of Quarry, Risinghurst, Barton, Sandhills and beyond. We aim to give everyone an opportunity to explore the Christian faith for themselves, participate in worship services, serve our neighbours and create a loving and welcoming community.
- Cutteslowe and District Community Association - Our mission is to create a welcoming, safe and inclusive space where the whole community can access activities and opportunities that improve their quality of life. Guided by our community’s needs, we work to reduce loneliness and isolation, fostering connection, growth and enrichment in an area of extraordinary inequality.
- Green Arts Oxfordshire Network (incubated by Fusion Arts) - Green Arts Oxfordshire Network unites Oxfordshire’s artists, cultural organisations and communities in their work to tackle the climate & ecological emergency, working towards climate justice and regenerative practices. We believe that a better future is possible, and that we as cultural leaders need to create the change we need to see in the world.
- Grandpoint Nursery School Association - Through careful considered and gentle interactions, we work to ensure that through love, respect and responsive caregiving, our children and our families feel nurtured and together we all thrive. Through an environment rich in nurturing interactions, carefully planned experiences and resources, we offer our children and families opportunity to reach their potential. We use the ethos of nurturing care to ensure that we support our whole community to be and feel the best that they can be.
- Iraqi Women Art and War (IWAW) - IWAW brings together Iraqi and other forced migrant women in Oxfordshire through art, cooking, skills sharing, and cultural events such as art exhibitions, the Mesopotamian Supper Club and fashion shows. By providing creative platforms locally and internationally, the project empowers women to share experiences, promote healing, and foster intercultural understanding.
- Jacari - Jacari's vision is a society where children and young people from all backgrounds have the language skills and confidence to fulfil their potential. We provide free English language learning opportunities, provided by volunteers, to disadvantaged children and young people from refugee/migrant backgrounds who use English as an additional language.
- Jericho Community Association - JCA Jericho Pantry #HeartyEarth creates inclusive sessions with surplus foods and a veg curry for up to 100 local individuals and families including the gatehouse.
- Kuumba Nia Arts - Kuumba Nia Arts (KNA) is a Black-led theatre company that produce and develop work which fuse contemporary with African forms to bring African heritage, its peoples’ histories and contemporary stories to life through theatre, storytelling, workshops and film, developing and producing a Black theatre aesthetic.
- MuMo Creative - MuMo Creative is dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults living with age-related health conditions through creative dance, movement, and music sessions. Our mission is to enhance their quality of life by reducing the effects of aging, combating inactivity and loneliness, and promoting independence for as long as possible.
- Music at Oxford - Our vision is a city where exceptional music is open to all. Our mission is to create and curate an eclectic programme of high-quality events and projects in and around Oxford for the enjoyment of all.
- Northway Together CIC - We enable local residents to advance positive, sustainable social change; empowering them to actively engage in their community; creating safe, inclusive spaces, deliver projects which improve quality of life, health and wellbeing; advance education, training, skills, alleviate poverty; cultivate equity and integration between people of diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
- Open Space Oxford - Open Space Oxford is a free monthly meal for LGBTQIA+ people in East Oxford. We foster an inclusive, safe, community space to build fellowship and friendship. We focus particularly on building an intergenerational community accessible to all, and particularly people with disabilities and neurodiverse individuals.
- Oxford Afrobeats Festival - Oxford Afrobeats Festival celebrates African culture through music, dance, and community connection. Our mission is to create inclusive cultural experiences that bring people together, support local talent, and promote diversity, unity, and creativity across Oxford and beyond.
- Oxford Churches Debt Centre - (1) We help people who are struggling in poverty and debt. (2) We train and encourage people in how to live without getting into unmanageable debt.
- Oxford Concert Circle - Our mission is to make world-class classical music concerts available for free to the Oxford community, whilst providing a platform for outstanding emerging musicians.
- Oxford Folk Festival - The purpose of our volunteer-led, non-profit, inclusive association is to celebrate and share folk music and dance, and those who perform it, with the people of Oxford and all interested groups from the city, county and beyond.
- Oxford Hongkongers CIC - We are committed to connecting Hongkongers in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas through various social, cultural, and informational activities, helping them adapt to life in the UK, build networks, and carry on Hong Kong culture abroad.
- Oxford Initiatives (The Jungle) - The Jungle in the heart of Cowley, aims to combat loneliness, financial insecurity, low self-esteem and improve mental and physical wellbeing. An inclusive refuge where you can find friendship, support, and opportunities. We aim to foster a sense of belonging, community, creativity, resilience, and healing for those who feel overlooked.
- Oxford Leiden Link - Oxford and Leiden will celebrate the huge milestone of 80 years of City Twinning in 2026. A whole year of events is planned to start with a prestigious concert in Oxford Town Hall with 150 strong Orchestra and Choir from both cities. Followed by a year of diverse and inclusive events.
- Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra Trust - Since 1998, the Oxford Philharmonic has brought inspirational performances to Oxford and beyond. The Orchestra is firmly committed to outreach work, with projects taking music to areas of social and economic disadvantage including hospitals and special schools, in partnership with Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council.
- Oxford Proud Voices - Oxford Proud Voices is Oxford’s first queer community choir, open to LGBTQIA+ people over 18 & their allies. We have no auditions & welcome everyone, regardless of singing experience. We create a safe space, meeting to sing for equality, solidarity & joy, to promote inclusion & respect for diverse identities.
- Oxford Young Steps - Oxford Young Steps helps to develop the capacity and skills of those who are socially and economically disadvantaged in such a way that we can help identify and help meet their needs which further helps them to participate more in society.
- Oxfordshire Breastfeeding Support - We provide a safe, welcoming space where families across Oxfordshire receive skilled, non-judgemental support for all infant feeding choices. Our vision is a society where every family feels confident and supported in feeding their baby, building nurturing relationships and easing the transition into parenthood despite social and economic challenges.
- Oxfordshire Youth - Our mission is to harness the power of youth work to deliver life- changing outcomes, unite communities, and tackle inequality of opportunity. Our vision is a future in which every young person in Oxfordshire has the skills, support, and connections they need to thrive.
- Portable Art - PORTABLE Collective is a group of Oxford-based artists formed in 2019 at the Old Fire Station, Oxford, and nurtured through the long lockdown months of 2020. We explore notions of agility, transience and impermanence in the modern world. Our response to the theme of ‘FRACTURE’ highlights diverse aspects of our most recent experiences, individually and collectively, especially in a post-pandemic context. Our combined practice is wide-ranging, including drawing, photography, painting, installation, moving-image, print, intervention, sculpture and performance. What unites and inspires us is a willingness to explore and present all facets of an idea, question or theme in a way that does not seek to impose answers but to foster mutual support, discussion and collaboration, in our own work and in a wider context.
- Restore - Restore’s mission is to support individuals to take control of their own mental health recovery. Through therapeutic activity, coaching and training, Restore helps people rediscover their value and potential, determine recovery goals and progress through them to live more fulfilling lives, with increased freedom from the constraints of mental ill-health.
- Response Organisation - Our vision: Provide mental health support and housing so people live fulfilling lives within their communities. We aim to lead in early intervention, personalised care, and support for serious mental illness and homelessness risk. Our mission: Transform lives with care, support, and housing, working with NHS, police, and councils.
- Shrishti Oxford - Our main goals - Raise awareness and appreciation of Indian culture - Promote inclusivity and diversity in Oxford’s cultural landscape - Foster intercultural understanding and dialogue through a series of cultural events and educational initiatives in Oxford. We plan to celebrate Indian culture, heritage, and diversity fostering intercultural dialogue and enhancing community engagement.
- South Oxford Community Association - South Oxford Community Centre occupies a large Victorian building in Lake Street, off the Abingdon Road, about one mile from Oxford city centre. It looks out across the popular Hinksey Park. The Centre is managed by a charity, the South Oxford Community Association, whose Trustees care about the Community Centre and the local community and give their time voluntarily. The Centre has a number of rooms for hire, all reasonably priced for small or larger family occasions, group meetings, exercise and recreational classes, training and seminars. A programme of regular groups and classes run from the Centre. The Centre is home to the thriving South Oxford Farmers Market and hosts the South Oxford WI.
- Syrian Community Oxfordshire - SYRCOX exists to support disadvantaged and vulnerable people across Oxford. Our mission is to strengthen community ties, reduce isolation, and promote wellbeing through food support, cultural activities, and opportunities that bring people together, ensuring everyone can participate and thrive.
- Florence Park Community Centre - FPCA's charitable objectives are to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Florence Park Estate by bringing the community together along with the local authorities, and other organisations to advance education and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure to improve the conditions of life.
- KEEN - KEEN Oxford provides accessible opportunities for those who may otherwise face exclusion and fosters a more inclusive culture within Oxford. We offer inclusive sporting, creative, and social activities for people with disabilities ranging from 5 to 50+ years old and representing a wide spectrum of disabilities and additional needs.
- The Good Gym - GoodGym Oxford helps people get fit by doing good. We organise free group sessions where volunteers walk, run and cycle to support community projects and isolated older people. Our mission is to improve health, tackle loneliness, and strengthen Oxford’s communities through purposeful physical activity and connection with nature.
- The Littlemore Hub (The Littlemore Hub at JHNA) -The Littlemore Hub is a welcoming space in the heart of the community. We run free groups and events that bring people together, build relationships, support well-being, and reduce isolation. We listen and respond to local needs. Every session uplift and connects residents. A Place to Connect, Grow, and Belong.
- The Ultimate Picture Palaces Community Cinema Limited - Through diverse programming and education initiatives, the UPP is a community-owned, independent cinema brings people together to be entertained, inspired, and connected. We provide a safe, welcoming space where all Oxford residents can share in the joy of cinema and play a role in determining our historic cinema’s future.
- The Voice of Woman Life Freedom - The mission of Voice of Woman, Life, Freedom is to amplify the voices of women and minority groups striving for equality, justice, and freedom. We promote education on gender equality for both men and women, and use art, culture, and dialogue to inspire solidarity and empower lasting social change.
- Waseelah Rose Garden - Provide a platform to develop women; based on the premise that network and a culture of support strengthens not only the individuals, but a whole community. Our mission is to support women of all communities, backgrounds, by providing a safe space for physical, emotional, mental, spiritual wellbeing support and development.
- Wild Oxfordshire - Seeking to create a more natural, resilient, and biodiverse Oxfordshire for the benefit of all! We help catalyse change by identifying conservation needs and supporting nature recovery action across the County. We collaborate with numerous individuals, communities and organisations, offering expertly curated and inspiring information, bespoke advice, and nature-based solutions.
- Wolvercote Young People's Club - Wolvercote Young People’s Club supports children and young people to thrive through inclusive activities, mentoring, and community engagement. We provide a safe space to learn, socialise, and grow, building resilience, confidence, and skills that enable young people to achieve their potential and contribute positively to the community.
- Wood Farm Parent & Toddler Group - I operate 4 mornings a week. It is for babies/children/adults/carers/ childminders etc. It is for parents to make friends and discuss their children’s developments and any worries they have. The babies have toys playmats the older children enjoy playing too and we do a activities painting glueing singing Storytime.
Round 1 - Small and Medium Grantees 2025-26
- Action Deafness - Empowering *Deaf individuals, promoting accessibility and equality and enhancing their quality of life. We envision a future where Deaf individuals are not hindered by communication barriers and can access quality services on an equal basis with their hearing counterparts...*Denotes Deaf, Deafened, Hard of Hearing and Deafblind people of all ages.
- Blackbird Leys Amateur Boxing Club - Our Vision is that every young person in Blackbird Leys who wants to learn boxing has the opportunity to join our club, to promote discipline, fitness and mental and physical wellbeing to everyone of all races, religions and sexes without prejudice.
- Botley Bridges – Provide vital support services to families in West Oxford, Botley and Cumnor and beyond. We recognise that all families need support and advice - this funding would allow us to keep running our weekly programme of support groups, plus workshops and courses.
- Damascus Rose Kitchen - We will host three free community dinners in the Old Fire Station’s (OFS) cafe, run collaboratively by Damascus Rose Kitchen (DRK) and the Old Fire Station. These events will bring together 50 people per dinner from all walks of life across Oxford, especially from migrant communities and areas in East Oxford.
- Dovecote Voluntary Parent Committee – Through offering a variety of activities and opportunities not normally accessible i.e. intergenerational programmes and activities, family and intergenerational trips, afterschool clubs, holiday schemes, SEND (special educational needs) sessions, stay and play, we will support families and communities.
- East Oxford Stay and Play - We are working to ensure that children from challenging and hard-to-engage families in an area with pockets of high deprivation arrive at school with levels of prior attainment, language and social skills that give them a chance of transformative progress.
- East Oxford Stay and Play - Helping young children to settle, improve language, social, emotional and communication skills by knowing a range of familiar songs and stories. Increase the provision of support for vulnerable, pre-school aged children and their families so that they are school-ready, by starting weekly PEEP sessions for families and further outreach at home.
- Elmore Community Services - This group is long established and enables current and previous clients to engage in a facilitated space to utilise their lived experience of mental health and of accessing services to inform the work Elmore does. The voice of members is amplified by Elmore participation in the Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership, and Oxfordshire Homeless Alliance.
- Fight Against Blindness (Fab) - We provide specialist psychological support to help children and young people with sight loss and visual impairment manage their mental health and eye conditions in everyday life. Our clinical psychologists work one-to-one with children, young people, parents and carers, with contact with schools or other services as required.
- Headway Thames Valley Limited - Headway Thames Valley work with adults of all ages helping them live with brain injury. We provide a range of services and support whether it’s at Brunner Hall, our Centre in Henley-on-Thames, or through our Living with Brain Injury Courses and Brain Injury Support Groups.
- Iranian Community Network (ICN) - The Iranian Community Network was established in August 2020 by a group of Iranian volunteers in Oxfordshire. ICN’s core purpose is to:
- Enhance educational and employment opportunities, skills and knowledge within the Iranian refugee community of Oxfordshire.
- Facilitate integration and inclusion of Iranians in Oxfordshire communities and advance the public’s understanding of the human rights situation in Iran, and more.
- Littlemore Hub - At Littlemore Hub, we are dedicated to empowering every child and family in our vibrant community by providing holistic support and inclusive services. Our aim is to address the diverse needs of all residents, ensuring that everyone can shine brightly and thrive together.
- Lowland Rescue Oxfordshire - Lowland Rescue Oxfordshire is the county's Search and Rescue Team. We work closely with Thames Valley Police searching for high risk missing people and provide food and water support to Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue Service. During major incidents we also provide aid to Oxfordshire County Council.

- Oxford Afrobeats Festival - Vision: To make Oxford a leading hub for Afrobeats culture, uniting diverse communities through music, arts, and heritage. Mission: To celebrate and promote Afrobeats by showcasing top artists, emerging talent, and cultural expressions, fostering inclusivity, cultural exchange, and community engagement through music, dance, art, and food.
- Oxford Health Charity - Oxford Health Charity aims to enhance the experience of patients, carers, families and staff receiving support or working for Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
- Oxford Lindy Hoppers - Oxford Lindy Hoppers is dedicated to preserving and promoting Lindy Hop and other swing era dances, with a focus on honouring their Black cultural origins while creating an inclusive, joyful dance community in Oxford.
- Oxford Opera Trust CIO - World class opera for everyone with the people at its heart Providing top-class opera performances to the City of Oxford, featuring the best UK-based professionals alongside giving opportunity to the local young people to work in a professional production. We thrive to bring opera to all communities and especially to newcomers.
- Oxford Peoples Theatre - OPT is Oxford’s only professionally led, participant-oriented intergenerational community theatre group for adults & young people aged 11+. We harness the transformative power of theatre to create community.

- Oxford Poetry Library - OPL is a free and open resource of poetry for readers of all backgrounds, which also hosts inclusive and accessible writing workshops and literary events. We strive to foster a growing community of readers, provide a platform for local writers, and encourage the exploration and appreciation of poetry throughout Oxford.
- Oxfordshire Asian Women's Voice - We support isolated Asian women from diverse backgrounds with the advancement of education, mental and physical health and well-being and the relief of poverty and sickness. We provide a safe space where they can socialise, gain knowledge and skills and get advice with and help on a range of topics.
- Parents And Children Together - PACT specialises in supporting people to rebuild from trauma and abuse. PACT is committed to supporting the recovery of families impacted by domestic abuse, empowering women facing multiple disadvantages and placing children with secure families, enabling them to embrace a positive future.
- Response Organisation - Our vision: To provide mental health support and housing that helps people live fulfilling lives in their communities. We aim to be a leading provider of early intervention, personalised care, and support for people with serious mental illness and those at risk of homelessness.
- Rose Hill and Iffley Low Carbon - RHILC works to involve our community in practical ways of cutting pollution and energy use, protecting nature and living sustainably. We want to include people of all political views, faiths, ethnicities and incomes because we believe that the climate crisis is our common problem which we must fight together.
- Rose Hill Community Larder - Rose Hill Community Larder is a community initiative with a mission to reduce food waste and make good food affordable.
- Safe Families for Children - Safe Families and Home for Good have a bold vision, together, we hope for a society where no families feel alone, and every child has a home where they can flourish.
- South Oxford Community-Association - We believe in a sustainable and resilient ecosystem of support services. Our mission is to bring together people of different ages, backgrounds, cultures, and abilities, promoting inclusivity and diversity and offer basic physical and social resources to facilitate a safe and stable community.
- Sport In Mind - Our vision is 'A better life for anyone experiencing mental health problems'. Our mission is to improve the lives of people experiencing mental health problems through sport and physical activity.
- Syrian Community Oxfordshire - SYRCOX is a charity work based in Oxfordshire that helps disadvantaged and vulnerable people to transform their lives by inspiring them to engage with community projects.
- Syrian Sisters - Our vision is one where women from all cultural backgrounds are empowered to feel safe, happy, secure in Oxford and are more connected to local activities, services and people. We are a group run by and for Syrian refugee women.
- Tandem Oxford CIC - Tandem Collective incubates and produces inclusive, innovative and inspiring creative collaborations which engage with environmental and social issues. Our projects find original ways to platform these issues.
- The Good Gym - GoodGym is the only charity in Oxford and the UK that combines fitness with community volunteering, helping people stay active, improve their wellbeing, and make a real impact in their local area. We run, walk and cycle to support community groups and causes and older people facing isolation and loneliness.
- The Oxford Preservation Trust - For almost 100 years, Oxford Preservation Trust has helped protect Oxford’s historic buildings, green spaces and historic setting. Through advocacy, conservation, and engagement, we increase awareness of and enhance the city’s special character for the benefit of the people who live, work and visit here.
- The Oxford Voice - Oxford Voice is a free, people-centred, independent community newspaper, delivering a positive source of news and information contributed by local people; actively promoting and celebrating great work going on in the area, tackling stigma and marginalisation around mental health, disability, homelessness and other members of society who face social isolation.
- The Porch - Our aim is to help homeless, recently rehoused homeless or vulnerably house people tackle issues that prevent them moving forward and that help break the cycle of vulnerability to homelessness. We provide hot, nutritious lunches to members and a package of targeted personal support relating to housing, employment and welfare.
- The Village Hall, Littlemore - The Village Hall aims to provide a comfortable, well-maintained community space and garden for use by all local people for meetings, classes, music, crafts, exercise and health promotion, and social activities, with the object of improving conditions of life for all.
- WEMPOWERED CIC - WEMPOWERED CIC is a Community Interest Company dedicated to empowering mothers and their children in Blackbird Leys and the surrounding areas of Oxford, UK, through three core pillars: Connection, Wellbeing, and Growth.
- Wild Boor Ideas - With an inclusive approach we create a unique mix of songs, music, puppetry, interactivity and silliness with carefully targeted content to make imaginative storytelling theatre and participatory activities. We focus on working in socio-economic areas delivering work for families (0-7) and those with Autism and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties
