Vehicles and equipment will be auctioned off by Oxford City Council on 14 July.
On offer are over 150 lots, including cars, vans and tippers, as well as handheld gardening equipment, mowers, trailers, tools, workshop equipment and even some mobility scooters. There will also be a number of specialised and interesting lots, including pedestrian sweepers and a tractor mounted mower.
Councillor Nigel Chapman, Board Member for Customer Focused Services, said: “The ever-popular vehicle and plant auction back again this year with loads of items on offer. It's another great opportunity for residents to come along and grab a bargain.”
This will be the only auction in 2018. It will be held by Milton Keynes Motor Stadium Auctions and will take place at the Marsh Road Depot, Cowley.
Auctioneer Mick Blacow, who is travelling from Milton Keynes for the event, said: “This is the twentieth year of holding the auction at Oxford City Council and it will be another successful event.”
The auction will start at 11am, and gates will be open at 9.30am for viewing and registration. Anyone wanting more information on the auction can phone 01865 252970 or email [email protected]
