Our Private Rented Sector Procurement and Placement Team is part of the Rapid Rehousing Team which provides people who may be homeless with the opportunity to move into a home in the private sector to avoid homelessness and a lengthy stay in temporary accommodation.
We introduce families and individuals to private landlords and letting agents and work closely with both parties to make sure the move into private accommodation runs smoothly.
Our schemes include:
- Home Choice Scheme
- Rent Guarantee Scheme (RGS)
- Lord Mayor's Deposit Guarantee Scheme
- Refugee housing including Resettlement and Ukraine Scheme

Please complete the following referral form if you are an existing landlord or letting agent involved with one of our private rented sector housing access schemes and you have a query relating to your property such as:
- rent increase
- deposit claim
- considering leaving our scheme
- disrepair concern
- current void or coming up to re-let
- compliance
- tenancy renewal
