We aim to be fair transparent and equal in terms of pay:

  • We use one job evaluation method throughout our structure
  • We pay colleagues in the same role the same pay rate (except for training and development reasons)
  • An annual pay rise for all is agreed with our union partners
  • We provide clear guidelines on how to position pay
