Pay and reward
We aim to be fair transparent and equal in terms of pay:
- we use one job evaluation method throughout our structure
- we pay colleagues in the same role the same pay rate (except for training and development reasons)
- an annual pay rise for all is agreed with our union partners
- we provide clear guidelines on how to position pay
- for roles graded 3 to 11, a pay increment in line with the role's salary scale is awarded upon successful completion of the probationary period
