Garden Cafe Runners

A free, sociable and women only running and jogging group, suitable for beginners and experienced runners.

Days and Times: Wednesdays, 10am
Location: Meet up at Manzil Way

Silver Joggers

Days and Times: Thursdays, 9.30am (regular joggers)

NEW Couch-5km Programme

New to running? Want to work your way up to running 5k but don't know where to start? Looking for a supportive group to jog with?

Join the Silver Joggers Couch to 5k programme. Our qualified volunteer leaders will help you work towards running 5k at your own pace. The programme will include a mixture of walking and running to build your fitness and stamina.

All ages and abilities welcome!

Days and Times: Thursdays 10.30am
Location: Bury Knowle Park. Meet at the London Road Entrance by the main gates.
