- If there's no improvement within a reasonable time, and the property is privately rented, get in touch with the landlord or agent
- If you’ve already spoken to your neighbour or their landlord/agent and the problem persists, contact the Private Sector Safety Team for support
- In cases where you suspect the property is an unlicensed house in multiple occupation (HMO) or a poorly managed HMO in disrepair, reach out to the HMO Enforcement Team for investigation
