If someone obstructs a highway without lawful authority or excuse, they are committing an offence. Oxfordshire County Council, as the Highway Authority, has the legal power to enforce the removal of such obstructions.

Parking on a Footpath
Obstructing a footpath by parking on it is an offence. Please refrain from parking on footpaths, even briefly.
