Oxford Brownfield Register

New regulations introduced in 2017 require all local planning authorities in England to prepare, maintain and publish a brownfield register.

The brownfield register lists previously developed (brownfield) land within Oxford where residential development is considered suitable, available and achievable (as assessed through the Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment).

The Brownfield Register is updated annually to ensure that it remains up to date.
