Trolleywise's approach includes:
- responding to reports from our street cleaning teams
- daily checks in areas like East Oxford and Cowley
You can contact Trolleywise directly to report an abandoned trolley (contact details below). Please provide the trolley's location and which company it belongs to.
Trolleywise aims to collect trolleys on the next working day after they are reported.

We are working closely with retailers to reduce the number of abandoned shopping trolleys in the city.
We now have the power to fine retailers if we have to collect and store their shopping trolleys.
