Our Park Rangers are authorised to issue fixed penalty notices for various offences under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and 2005, including:
- littering
- dog fouling
- fly-tipping
- fly-posting
- graffiti
- other forms of criminal damage
These offences can result in an £80 fine or, in more severe cases, a court fine of up to £2,000.
