Below are the resources applicants and consultants may require when undertaking a Flood Risk Assessment for a new development. Sustainable Drainage (SuDS) Guidance for Planning
Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) help to manage surface water runoff in a natural way, and contribute to reducing flood risk. They should be utilised on all developments wherever feasible.
