Below are the resources applicants and consultants may require when undertaking a Flood Risk Assessment for a new development. Sustainable Drainage (SuDS) Guidance for Planning
Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) help to manage surface water runoff in a natural way, and contribute to reducing flood risk. They should be utilised on all development wherever feasible. For minor developments, please refer to the Oxford City Council SuDS Design and Evaluation Guide, and for Major developments, please follow the link to Oxfordshire County Council (Lead Local Flood Authority) guidance
