Once you report a repair, we will assess its urgency and schedule an appointment. We'll either place a repair order right away or arrange for a surveyor to evaluate the work needed. You will receive a written confirmation within three days via post, detailing:

  • job number of your repair
  • specifics of the work to be carried out
  • the target date for the repair completion
  • any agreed appointment date

In emergency cases, we will inform you promptly about the repair worker's arrival time.

To simplify the repair process, we offer a repairs appointment system with four time slots for your convenience:

  • morning
  • afternoon
  • all day
  • outside school run hours

For larger jobs, we may offer only an all-day appointment to ensure sufficient time for completion.
