Annual gas servicing appointments
All our gas appliances are on an annual servicing programme. Appointments cannot be booked online. When you receive a gas servicing letter, please speak to customer services to schedule an appointment.
As a landlord, we are legally required to carry out an annual service of all our appliances.
If we are unable to access your property after several attempts, we may take legal action to gain access for servicing and recharge the cost of this action to you.
Gas programmers
To ensure all our gas appliances are serviced, we are introducing gas programmers. These devices will alert tenants 30 days before the service date.
If a boiler service is missed or ignored, the gas programmer will emit an audible alarm and regulate heating/hot water by cycling the system on and off. This will persist until the system has been serviced and the programmer reset by one of our gas servicing engineers.
