We believe everyone has a responsibility to end rough sleeping. If you see someone experiencing rough sleeping, please don't just walk by; get in touch with our outreach service.
Oxford Street Population Outreach Team (OxSPOT)
We commission St Mungo’s to deliver this service, which is provided by Oxford Street Population Outreach Team (OxSPOT).
OxSPOT works intensively with people experiencing rough sleeping, helping them access accommodation and support services that can prevent them from returning to the streets.
If you are concerned about someone experiencing rough sleeping, you can give details, including their location, to OxSPOT:
- Email: Outreach.Oxford@mungos.org
- Telephone: 07590 862049 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. During weekends and bank holidays you can contact the out of hours telephone number below.
You can also report someone experiencing rough sleeping through the Streetlink website.
OxSPOT is not an emergency service, but it will follow up on all calls and emails as soon as possible. If you believe someone's health is in danger, call 999.
