You must pay your garage rent on time to keep your account up to date.
To make a payment, you’ll need:
- your garage account number
- your payment details
Pay by Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay. Payments are collected automatically from your bank or building society, and you're fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
To start paying by Direct Debit:
- download the Direct Debit form
- complete and sign the form
- email it to rentsteam@oxford.gov.uk or post it using the Freepost address on the form
Alternatively, call us on 01865 252758 and we'll set up your Direct Debit over the phone.
To make sure your first payment is collected by Direct Debit, return your completed form at least 18 days before the payment due date. If there is not enough time to set up the Direct Debit, you'll need to make your first payment using another payment method.
Pay online
You can pay the charges by card using our secure online form.
If you rent more than one garage, you must make individual payments for each garage account.
Other ways to pay
If you're unable to pay your garage rent by Direct Debit or an online payment, there are other ways you can pay, including BACS transfer or automated telephone payment.
