Leaving in an emergency
If you are in immediate danger and need to flee, call the police on 999. They will help you to leave safely and will find you somewhere safe to stay. If you are unable to speak when they answer, dial 55 and they will know you are there and need help.
I have nowhere to go
During normal office hours you can Speak to customer services to make a homeless application.
If you have left in an emergency and have nowhere to go outside of standard office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), you can call the police who will find you somewhere safe to stay for one night.
If you are a Oxford City Council housing tenant you can call our out-of-hours service.
