The nature reserve can be found at the north-east of Court Place Farm.
Parking is available at Court Place Farm car park. Pedestrian access is through Maltfield Road, Northway or through the neighbouring Peasmoor Piece.

The open grass areas are left to wildflower meadows, which is supported by a cut and collect mowing schedule.
The site has two small copse with some mature trees.
As the name of the local road suggests the site was a marsh and there remains areas of wetlands.
