Meeting Room - Hire a room at East Oxford Community Centre

This room can hold up to 12 people.

Charges from 1 April 2026:

• standard rate £15 per hour
• community group rate £10 per hour

This bright and practical meeting room is ideal for small group discussions, team meetings, training sessions, and community activities. Located on the ground floor, the room offers easy accessibility and a comfortable professional setting.

The room accommodates up to 12 people within a spacious 23 m² layout. It features a large central meeting table, additional smaller table space, and stackable chairs that can be arranged flexibly to suit different setups. Natural light from the tall windows creates a welcoming atmosphere, while the neutral décor provides a clean and distraction-free environment.

Facilities include Wi-Fi access and a flip chart easel and interactive whiteboard making the space suitable for presentations, workshops, and collaborative work.
