Review of Premises Licence 25/01458/PREM: Prevention of Crime and Disorder: This review is being sought by Oxfordshire Trading Standards due to evidence that the licensed premises has been used to sell and store illegal, contraband tobacco in breach of the licensing objectives.
In addition, the statutory tobacco warning notice was not displayed and tobacco products were on open display, in breach of legal requirements.
